Position Summary

The Associate Manager, Global Marketing Auto Care, Appearance Category manages the development and execution of the specialty auto appearance brands globally including both product development and brand consumer communications.

This position requires a pro-active, strategic thinker who can lead product development and possesses a creative instinct to provide creative input to advance the portfolio of brands and deliver business results.

This position will collaborate closely with many cross-functional groups and agency partners to ensure integrated consumer brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global product development projects for the portfolio of specialty auto appearance brands
• Support the development of the global Marketing Cycle Plan
• Support the development and execution of global branded communications initiatives, including brand strategy, positioning, identity, creative asset development and measurement of results
• Develop trade selling stories to assist with sell in of new products
• Manage development of all supporting tools required to educate global colleagues on brand strategy and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver business results
• May also perform additional duties as assigned

What we are looking for

• 4-year degree required with an emphasis on Business, Marketing; MBA preferred
• 5-6 years of brand marketing and new product development experience
• English proficiency required
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Outstanding project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet cost, quality, and schedule expectations
• Strong ability to think critically and analytically
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships
• Ability to take initiative and self-direct
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally and communicate to internal and external teams
• Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
