Your Duties & Responsibilities :

Supervisors are responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing crews on daily tasks. You will communicate closely with our Management Team to provide progress reports, and coach, train, and provide feedback employees to ensure company expectations are consistently met. Our supervisors ensure our clients expectations are met in a safe and efficient way, and work to cultivate lasting relationships with both the team and our clients. Depending on your division, you may be responsible for the following :

Working Conditions :

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-4 : 45PM @ various property locations around the Lower Mainland. Commutes are to be expected.
