Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Clerk's duties include :
Receive, validate and enter all supplier invoices into the management system.
Follow invoice approval processes and match with purchase orders (PO match)
Validate supplier letters of conformance
Process invoices according to project progress and payment.
Communicate errors to project managers and buyers
Prepare payments of all types according to agreements and progress.
Assist service department as needed

Qualifications
This accounts payable clerk role requires :
Professional college-level academic training in accounting
2 years' experience in a similar position
experience with project accounting an asset
Functional command of French and English
Experience with Excel and ERP software
Able to work on site every day
