First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and warm, professional personality make you a great Guest Services Agent at Fairmont Vancouver Airport. You will take care of guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What You Will Be Doing
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging serviceGreet, check‑in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional serviceAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow departmental policies, procedures and service standardsTake initiative to add a personalized experienceProudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up‑sellingOther duties as assignedQualifications
Service‑focused personality is essential; experience is an assetAble to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environmentAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPrevious customer‑related experience an assetMust be flexible in terms of working hours – regular coverage of overnight shiftAbility to handle cash effectively and with accuracyPrior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related systemFluency in English; additional languages are a plusAdditional Information
