In addition, you will utilize your demonstrated clinical leadership skills, well-developed analytical, problem-solving, delegation and interpersonal skills to assist you in the provision of quality patient care. Patient care

You will play a critical role in the coordination and development of interprofessional plans of care, which reflect patient needs. In partnership with your preceptor, you will be accountable for the development of comprehensive patient care plans and patient education plans, which reflect your ongoing assessment focusing on the patient’s goals.

Qualifications

Recently obtained registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (within the last 12 months) as an RN or about to be registered as an RN. Experience in selected department preferred.
