Software Developer

Job Description and Responsibilities

The Software Developer works with industrial computers over wireless networks in an integrated client / server environment. The primary focus of this role is designing, developing and supporting systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Software Developers professional experience will contribute to generating innovative design and customize process feedback solutions.

• Maintain and support existing applications and systems
• Develop New Applications
• Provide application support to end users
• Work with vendors to update and modify third-party systems
• Troubleshoot mill application software to minimize outages
• Resolve data issues on control systems under tight deadlines
• Shared on-call support duties with other team members
