TSC Performance Marketing Manager.
Who we're looking for :
Rogers Sports & Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing TSC Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for driving new customer acquisition and all paid marketing performance, leading the strategy & execution of TSC digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive thought leadership and strategic plans to evolve with emerging trends in digital and e-commerce marketing, managing campaign stakeholders, including Media agency partners, Creative, Digital, Finance, Merchandising and Data teams.
What you'll do :
- Lead development and execution of digital & performance marketing strategies for always-on and seasonal campaigns
- Support brand marketing and seasonal campaigns with performance and digital marketing expertise and industry knowledge
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns with excellence to achieve all marketing objectives, financial targets and fill the customer pipeline
- Own the ongoing reporting, review and optimization of all paid digital campaigns to key business stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership and strategic plans to evolve with emerging trends in the digital and ecommerce landscape.
- Develop strategic targeting and retargeting audiences and lead implementation of Martech in collaboration with key stakeholders and agency partners
- Recommend and activate against strategic test and learns in line with emerging trends
- Manage internal and external partners, including cross functional teams and partners
- Manage the TSC performance marketing budget in collaboration with Finance
- Develop strong internal relationships in order to drive cross-functional alignment
What you bring :
- A passion for performance marketing, retail and the evolving e-commerce industry
- Strong digital performance marketing experience and a proven ability to lead agencies and affiliate partnerships to manage end to end campaigns
- A strong understanding of digital platforms and emerging technology to deliver e-commerce results
- Passion for analytics & belief in the power of research and data to drive better decision making
- High accountability and digital marketing expertise, driven by a strong strategic lens
- A desire to collaborate, influence and lead amongst peers
- Comfort navigating and influencing in a complex organization
- Strong presentation and communication skills
