About the Organization
You’ll be joining a long‑standing Northern creative and communications team that works across advertising, design, events, digital content, strategy, and public engagement. The organization is known for producing high‑profile events — from community gatherings to large conferences and national visits — as well as supporting clients in government, tourism, healthcare, telecom, non‑profit, and regional development sectors.

This role is part of a small, close‑knit office in Iqaluit, with strong remote support from teammates in other locations.
Where This Role Fits in the Team
You’ll be the primary on‑the‑ground lead for event activity in Iqaluit, working alongside one other local team member and supported by a remote Events Manager and cross‑territory creative and digital teams.
While you’ll have guidance and resources, this is very much a role for someone who likes to take ownership. You’ll coordinate with vendors, suppliers, community partners, and internal teams to deliver events effectively — and you’ll be the one making real‑time decisions when logistics shift or timelines tighten.
