Herb Specialist
The Herb Specialist is key to providing the ultimate guest experience. This employee is not only knowledgeable about cannabis but exceptionally well versed on the different types and strains of cannabis as well as their effects and how clients can get all that they desire to experience out of the products they purchase.
From Novice to the most experienced users our Herbal Specialists need to be able to create and provide an individualized experience based on each unique client they encounter.
The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about cannabis and able to encourage and contribute to a positive team environment.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Possess extraordinary customer service skills
- Knowledgeable about the range of products provided in store and how they differ
- Committed to continuing education on products to provide the most accurate information to clients
- Well versed in cannabis use and be able to educate new and experienced users on available products based on their specific needs and requirements
- Expected to participate in regular training sessions for product awareness
- Responsible for mentoring new team members
- Pleasant, fun-loving and approachable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
Qualifications
- Criminal Background Check
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Exceedingly knowledgeable about cannabis
- Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use
- Strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma
- Reliability
- Trust-worthy
- At least 1yr experience in retail / customer service
