Service Dispatcher / Administrator

Compensation Range : $22 to $25 per hour. This range is regarding base pay only and does not include benefits and potential bonuses. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographical location, skillset, education, and experience.

Responsibilities :

Alta Material Handling is looking for a full-time Service Dispatcher / Admin to join our Burlington, ON location. The responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to :

• Dispatching of all incoming service calls
• Follow up after the service call to ensure that customer's expectations were met and exceeded.
• Schedule appointments for preventative maintenance by managing and maintaining PM information system.
• Completing estimates and quotations
• Issuing workorders to service technicians
• Completing invoicing of workorders in a timely manner
• Arrange 3 rd party services
• Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
• Back up for parts department when required.
