As a Smitty’s Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead your team by example, combining strong operational skills with an energetic, people-first approach.

1. Employee Relations:
2. Recruit, hire, mentor, and promote team members
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching
4. Foster a positive, respectful, and productive work environment
5. Administrative Duties:
6. Maintain inventory and cost controls
7. Manage labor and payroll records with precision
8. Handle cash management and assist with audits
9. Ensure the building, equipment, and team standards are top-notch
10. Guest Services:
11. Ensure food quality, service, and guest experiences exceed expectations
12. Build relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
13. Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
14. Business Development:
15. Set and pursue annual goals aligned with our vision
16. Collaborate with leadership to drive marketing initiatives
17. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
