Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire and mentor staff, fostering professional development and succession planning.
• Strategic Sales Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to craft and execute innovative strategic plans that forecast growth and keep us ahead of the competitive landscape.
• Sales Management: Set ambitious sales goals, develop competitive pricing strategies, manage key accounts, and energize the sales team to close impactful business deals.
• Marketing & Customer Service: Create and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies, conduct insightful market research, and exceed customer service expectations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Sales & Marketing.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in senior positions within manufacturing, especially in the plastics and packaging sectors.
• Skills: Excellent strategic planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a knack for account management and customer service.
