We are seeking a MuleSoft Developer to help our clients solve their business problems via a portfolio of application development and enhancement projects. As a OpenShift Developer, you'll have a combination of maintenance and development experience and be working with a diverse portfolio of technologies while contributing to several projects. As part of a larger team, you will work with and learn from our experienced and hardworking developers and architects and have numerous opportunities to leverage your expertise to become a key part of large client engagements.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• . Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade web applications using .NET (Core / 6+) and Angular
• . Support the Provider Identity Portal, including authentication, authorization, and secure integration with downstream HLTH applications
• . Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to enable secure system-to-system integration
• . Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on OpenShift (v3 / v4) platforms
• . Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, security teams, and system owners to deliver high-quality solutions
• . Participate in CI / CD pipeline design and implementation, supporting automated builds, testing, and deployments
• . Analyze and resolve application, data, and integration issues across environments
• . Contribute to system modernization initiatives, including performance, scalability, security, and maintainability improvements
• . Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for team members
• . Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

. 10+ years of progressive experience in application development, maintenance, and support

. Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#

. Strong front-end development experience with Angular (Angular 10+) and modern TypeScript

. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and backend services

. Solid experience with OpenShift container platforms (v3 and / or v4) and Docker

. Experience using Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code, including container tooling

. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and / or MySQL

. Experience with REST-JSON web services (SOAP knowledge considered an asset)

. Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar

. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment

. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work in cross-functional teams

Desirable Qualifications :

. Experience with identity integration using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and token-based authentication

. Experience developing or deploying solutions in Azure, including PaaS services

. Experience with CI / CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

. Strong knowledge of Git and source control best practices

. Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and command-line tools (oc, kubectl)

. Experience with application security, including OWASP principles and secure coding practices

. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana

. Experience configuring supporting infrastructure such as web servers, proxies, certificates, and secrets management

. Familiarity with government systems, healthcare environments, and / or Professional Services delivery models

. Experience with integration tools (e.g., Talend, XML-based integrations) is an asset

Nice to Have Experience

. Healthcare or public sector digital identity solutions

. Multi-application integration environments with strict security and privacy requirements

. Supporting production systems with high availability and compliance needs

. Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end UI tests (e.g., Selenium, TestCafé)

Educational Qualifications :

. Degree, diploma, or certification in computing science or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
