Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Brampton, ON, for a Case Manager at Mann Immigration Services. The Case Manager will be responsible for assisting clients with immigration applications, coordinating necessary documentation, and maintaining communication with government offices and clients. Additional responsibilities include providing updates on case statuses, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with the resolution of any issues that arise during the immigration process. • Proficient in client communication, case documentation, and liaison with government officials for immigration cases
• Knowledge of immigration laws, application processes, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (such as Punjabi or Hindi) is an asset
