This role focus on streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and facilitate continuous improvement within the sales organization, ultimately contributing to the overall success and profitability of Asset Management Regionally.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will :
- Execute comprehensive distribution strategies to increase market share and drive sales of Asset Management Solutions
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques.
- Create and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, guides, and documentation, to support ongoing training and development efforts by client segments.
- Collaborate with Global & Local marketing Teams to ensure alignment between sales, and marketing strategies, messaging, and distribution materials.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of current distribution processes, identifying areas of improvement and efficiencies gains.
Lead the implementation of cutting-edge tools and technologies to optimize investment solutions distribution processes. Ensure proper training and support are provided to sales teams for successful adoption and utilization of new tools.
- Analyze sales performance data (internal and external) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to inform distribution strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including assets under management (AUM), net sales, and market share, and provide regular reports to management.
Regularly analyze data to track performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments, such as product, learning teams, to ensure that the sales team has the necessary support and resources to succeed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and initiatives.
Ability to identify and / or gather industry trends across multiple markets and client segments.
- Support the establishment of new distribution channels, working closely with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency throughout channel expansion initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and reporting to senior management to track progress and achieve organizational goals effectively.
Do you have the skills to enable you to be successful in this role? We would love to work with you if you have :
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in distribution of mutual funds or a related field. 5+
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs and presentations.
- Experience with sales of investment solutions internationally and technologies, such as CRM systems, sales training platforms, and content management systems.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable business impact.
- Bilingual (ES / EN) is mandatory.
- Exhibit a strong sense of self-initiative and motivation, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
