We are looking for an Oracle Data Cloud HCM consultant to work remotely on an initial contract until July 31st, 2025 with the potential for an extension!

Responsibilities
Participate in the technical stream meetings, during strategy and design to develop a full understanding of the conversion path.
Develop and complete conversion data activities, including support for Mainframe and other system data extractions and conversion activities for cloud application such as Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Pro.
Data mapping and documentation of processes.
Identify and develop test strategy for new builds and continuous improvement initiatives.
Triage defect review with stakeholders and drive to resolution.
Participate in the technical stream meetings, during strategy and design to develop a full understanding of the conversion path.
Qualifications
Knowledge of development tools such as SSIS, SourceTree and related technologies
Experience leading a data / software development team
Oracle HCM data conversion experience
Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
Solid numerical skills, Excel proficiency
Knowledge of querying languages such as SQL
