Project Manager Victoria, BC
A locally owned construction management and general contracting firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and multi residential projects across Greater Victoria. The team offers steady workload, strong internal support and long term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from start up through close out
- Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Chair project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and trades
- Review contract documents and resolve conflicts or omissions
- Oversee subcontract buyout, POs and full contract administration
- Support QA and QC requirements and documentation
- Prepare progress reports, progress claims and project forecasting
- Work closely with Site Superintendents on planning, safety, quality and productivity
- Ensure accurate as builts, close out documents, deficiencies and warranty follow up
Qualifications
5 plus years of construction project management experienceExperience delivering commercial, industrial or multi residential projectsStrong ability to manage budgets, schedules and documentationConfident communication and relationship building with all project stakeholdersProficiency in MS Project, Excel and WordOrganized, proactive and capable of leading project teamsCompensation
