Production Supervisor (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule resources and communicate daily production objectives to the production team.
• Participate in weekly production planning meetings.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to minimize production downtime.
• Lead or coordinate troubleshooting of production processes.
• Assist with non‑conformance investigations as required.
• Monitor productivity and quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or participate in implementation of GMP, 5S, lean, and visual manufacturing initiatives.
• Provide Level 2 inspection support for production processes.
• Develop staffing plans based on planning objectives and capacity analysis and communicate resource requirements to the Production Manager.
• Drive employee training and assist the Production Manager with employee development plans.
• Plan and coordinate cross training to provide maximum production flexibility.
• Motivate employees to achieve objectives and goals by providing feedback and recognition.
• Conduct performance and compensation reviews.
• Ensure employees are aware of and follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
