Job purpose
This is a temporary 12-month contract assignment. As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Canadian Manufacturing / GMP recruiting.
Duties and responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
- Protect and improve the candidate experience
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
- Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
- Provide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA / HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of manufacturing positions2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rateRecruiting in a manufacturing environment highly preferred. Pharmaceutical Industry experience a plus.Demonstrated ability influencing senior leadersA love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scaleStrong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing prioritiesCustomer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managersAbility to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approachExperience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globallyWorking conditions
