How you’ll make an impact

Essential to the business by driving high production output, the vacant Machine Operator positions in our Wound Core, Amorphous and Stacked Core departments ensure operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality products on time to meet customer expectations.

Hourly rate : $23.64 per hour, plus shift premium

Please note this role is a contract role to start (with the potential to become permanent) and is on continental rotating shift (11-12 hour shifts rotating between days and nights).

Job Responsibilities

• Set up machine according to work order and operating procedures
• Ensure product meets quality requirements as per work order, operating procedures and customers’ specifications. Diligently inspect product and document
• Basic troubleshooting of machine and process flow
• Read work orders and understand all measurements
• Follow priority schedule and achieve production requirements
• Be fluent in measuring devices
• Safely operate equipment follow ALL safety requirements
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with incoming / outgoing shifts
• This role is on continental rotation shift
