Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer representative to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling communications with clients and customers on social media and e-commerce platforms.
This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can effectively manage customer interactions and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :

E-commerce Support : Assist customers with their online shopping experience, including order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of Mo Seno’s products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Feedback : Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
