What you will do :
The National Coordinator reports directly to the VP National Lease Documentation and is responsible for the following :
- Providing general administrative support to the VP National Lease as may be required.
- Preparation of documentation packages for client approval and execution through DocuSign.
- Distribution of fully executed documentation through Nintex.
- Responding to AdamsBridge queries.
- Tracking and reporting all documentation using prescribed tracking methods.
- Liaising with clients as required.
- Liaising with operations staff, tenants, solicitors, brokers and other leasing staff as required.
- Maintaining lease documentation files, folders and SharePoint (can include moving tenants from active to inactive, renaming).
- Assist with the updating of template documents.
- Attend at the bank to access the Safety Deposit Box.
- Various other administrative duties and requests as assigned by Lease Documentation Team.
Who you are :
- 3+ years of related lease documentation experience
- Knowledge in the areas of leasing and contract law
- Relationship Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to develop and sustain strong co-operative working relationships internally and externally
- Organizational / Multi-Task Skills Ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines;
- ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and constant changes; accurate and detail-oriented;
willing to learn and be in a dynamic environment
- Computer Skills Advanced skills in Word and Excel
- Police Clearance A criminal verification check is required for employment.
