Tow Truck Driver

We are currently seeking a motivated  Tow Truck Driver  to join our team in Laval QC from  Tuesday to Saturday at 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm.  You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.

What youre responsible for :

• Safely operating a tow truck (flatbed)
• Transporting customer vehicles to the branch
• Maintain accurate records of towing assignments including vehicle information pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
• Performing general labour tasks that may including depollution tire dismounting etc.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
• Provide our customers with excellent customer service!
