CALLING ALL RECEPTIONISTS AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS IN MISSISSAUGA AND ETOBICOKE!

Two of our clients are looking for Receptionist and Office Administrators for IMMEDIATE start! If you are someone with excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years of experience in Office Administration, we want to hear from you!

Position : Receptionist / Office Administrator

Employment Type : Contract (approx 6 months, possibility for extension)

Start Date : IMMEDIATELY

Salary : $20 - $23 / hr

Location : Mississauga & Etobicoke

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate department or handling other needs
  • Schedule appointments and bookings
  • Support organization image and brand through exceptional phone demeanor and customer service and timely follow up
  • Ensure front office area is kept neat and organized and greet in person visitors
  • Handle couriers and distribute mail
  • Data entry filing duties

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or reception
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent MS Office skills
