Survalent is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic UX Designer Co-op to join our Product team and contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This opportunity is well suited for students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world product environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated student with a strong interest in user-centered design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience in product design, the ability to develop practical skills, and exposure to how design decisions support both user needs and business objectives. What will you be doing?
- Support user research (persona building)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups
- Create the design library for the products
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers
- Contribute to design systems and documentation
- Other duties as required What are we looking for?
- Currently enrolled in a UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related program
- Strong design portfolio (school or personal projects welcome)
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with user research
- Familiarity with design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JS This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Vice President of Product Management.
