Survalent is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic UX Designer Co-op to join our Product team and contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This opportunity is well suited for students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world product environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.  The ideal candidate is a motivated student with a strong interest in user-centered design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience in product design, the ability to develop practical skills, and exposure to how design decisions support both user needs and business objectives.                                                                              What will you be doing?

• Support user research (persona building)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups
• Create the design library for the products
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers
• Contribute to design systems and documentation
• Other duties as required   What are we looking for?
• Currently enrolled in a UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related program
• Strong design portfolio (school or personal projects welcome)
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with user research
• Familiarity with design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JS   This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Vice President of Product Management.
