We are growing our team and hiring an   Account Manager – Sales , with a strong focus on serving customers in Daysland, AB.

Account Managers are customer-driven sales professionals who are committed to bringing value to farmers’ operations and strengthening long-term relationships. In this role, you will :

• Sell a full range of crop input products, including fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, canola seed, and forage seed.
• Provide agronomic support such as crop planning, field scouting, fertility recommendations, and product fit advice.
• Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s farm business to align the right inputs, services, and solutions to their goals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
• Grow revenue and profitability from both new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calls, and relationships built through the local community.
• Support the adoption and growth of innovative or new crop input technologies that bring value to growers.
• Work closely with Operations and Logistics team to coordinate product delivery or pickup, ensure adequate credit is in place, and support CMN’s Health & Safety program.
• Use digital tools and platforms (CRM, Microsoft applications, Teams, etc.) to manage customer information and maintain accurate records.
