Position Overview
The NSC Administrator ensures Precision Well Servicing meets all requirements under the National Safety Code (NSC) and related transportation regulations. The role focuses on accurate recordkeeping, digital documentation, and supporting driver and fleet compliance. We welcome applicants who enjoy working with computers, databases, and digital tools. If you are detail‑oriented and tech‑inclined, we are willing to train you.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain driver files in SharePoint, Microsoft systems, and internal databases.
- Keep CAOEC and internal qualification databases current.
- Order, review, and file abstracts, consent forms, and certificates.
- Track multi‑province driver qualifications and renewal dates.
- Follow up on missing or expired records.
Hours of Service & Logbook Management
Update driver, vehicle, and supervisor profiles in the ELD system.Monitor hours of service using internal tools.Support drivers with logbook use and basic troubleshooting.Review unassigned driving time, violations, and missing logs.Fleet & Equipment Administration
Track trip inspections and follow up on DVIR items.Maintain records for inspections, registrations, permits, and insurance.Coordinate renewals for fleet permits and exemptions.Track roadside inspections and verify corrective actions.Onboarding & Administrative Support
Process new‑hire documentation.Set up access for new drivers and vehicles (ELD profiles, training modules, system logins).Maintain shared compliance inboxes and respond to requests.Provide general support to senior administrators as needed.Qualifications
Education & Experience
Prefer 2 years of administrative experience.Experience in transportation compliance or fleet administration is an asset.Strong computer skills and accuracy in data entry.Willing to train candidates with strong attention to detail and comfort with digital systems.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Motive, and SharePoint.Understanding of NSC, TDG, and Hours of Service regulations (or willingness to learn).Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital tools.Working Conditions
