Altis Recruitment is looking for a results driven and experienced Bilingual (French / English) Organizational Change Manager to join our financial services client on a 12-month contract. Our client is based in downtown Montreal and requires you to work full-time onsite 5 days a week. Roles and Responsibilities

As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential services to our client, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about facilitating change management for significant business transformation initiatives.

  • Provide change management advisory services to senior executives
  • Facilitate workshops and divisional planning sessions
  • Deliver change management capacity building sessions
  • Provide assistance to project teams, as required
  • Work with existing project teams to provide advisory services in the areas of stakeholder engagement, change management, awareness planning, and resistance management, as well as additional areas of focus
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to ensure understanding of client needs and support effective resolution of client inquiries and concern
  • Provide advice and guidance on matters relating to business transformation practices and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-7 years of change management experience working within banking, finance, insurance or consulting industries.
  • Experience in digital transformation with and knowledge of change management
  • principles, methodologies and tools.

  • PROSCI certification is a strong asset.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
