Look no further! We are seeking Seasonal Crew Leader to join our team in Cambridge / Kitchener, for the summer of 2024! As a Crew lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and skilled laborers to complete home service projects.
This is a full-time, hourly position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company.
Benefits :

Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers in completing various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards
- Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Being coachable & open to constructive feedback to improve performance
- Access to a vehicle & valid drivers license
