Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Skilled Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
This position works within a team as well as independently, and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
Skilled Laborer Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair work
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Set up and breakdown of work areas
- Operate power and hand tools
- Load and unload materials
- Perform general clean-up and other assigned duties
Skilled Laborer Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a skilled laborer or related position
- Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques
- Able to use power and hand tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
