Supply Chain and Logistics Management Trainee - Nights

From $33 to $37 per hour

(This includes a $2 per hour shift differential)

Hours :  Sunday - Thursday : 8 : 30 PM to 5 AM.

Position Responsibilities

Master Uline's inbound and outbound overnight / night warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.

Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC and Maintenance department training.

Develop overnight / night Warehouse Manager / Management skills by leading and motivating others.

Complete forklift, order picker and warehouse equipment certifications throughout overnight / night warehouse job rotations.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree. Supply Chain majors preferred.

Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced overnight / night warehouse manager environment.

High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.

Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus (Manhattan preferred ).
