Position Summary

The Process Owneris responsible forunderstanding mapping improving and governing core operational processes across the firm. They act as the day-to-day curator of howworkflows ensuring processes are efficient measurable well-documented and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Mapping

• Document current-state workflows using BPMNswim lanes flow diagrams or similar notations.
• Identifypain points inefficiencies risks and opportunities for improvement.
