The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
- Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Data Entry role, ideally within the Professional Services and Telecommunications industry.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have working knowledge of customer service, Multi Tasking, Good communication Skills and Data Entry
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
