MAJOR DUTIES:
The Segment Services Finance Fanager would be the business partner to the VP After sales and services for LSS (Life Sciences Systems) segment, responsible for > $150 Mn in annual revenue. The primary role is to translate the project team inputs into financial insights for planning and reporting purposes. You will provide financial and analytical support for the operations and sales activities within the segment and be a critical part of the services function. The role will also have significant operational insight responsibilities.
The role encompasses worldwide services activities and being executed by teams in Canada, US and Europe. Some travel to these sites is expected.

Experience:
A minimum of 7 years experience in corporate finance. Experience in services driven organization would be preferred. Manufacturing / cost accounting experience will be a plus. Individual must have an ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with people at all levels of the organization both verbally and in written form. Experience with PC based accounting systems and software tools are required.
In addition, the ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance in a team oriented work environment is mandatory. Strong analytical, financial and accounting skills as well as an ability to significantly contribute to the management of the division are keys.
Finally, person must be hands-on and must be able to meet deadlines.
