Job Title : Support Technician

Location : Toronto, ON

Duration : 6 months

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Technician to join our team in Toronto. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing engineering support, preferably within EIS systems.
4-6 years of relevant experience in IT support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with L1.5 support protocols and practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Adaptability to new technologies and tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in a timely manner.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Maintain documentation of support processes and issue resolutions.
