Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with L1.5 support protocols and practices.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.Adaptability to new technologies and tools.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
