What You Will Do
Proactively seek new lead opportunities through networking, cold‑calling, and establishing new relationships.Maximize sales opportunities by maintaining relationships, attending events, door‑to‑door selling, and other required activities.Serve as a consultative advisor, offering customized Rogers residential solutions.Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team.Organize marketing events and selling programs via in‑person or virtual interactions.Share market‑trend insights to refine sales strategies.What You Bring
