You have a High Degree in Agency and Independent Ownership : you’re excited and capable of coming up with ideas, working with engineers, and then getting it done / implemented.
You have Good Taste’ : We’re proud of how elegant and smooth Stan is it’s a craft to us. As you'll have full autonomy in shipping stuff, we want to ensure you share a similar feel’ for design aesthetics and copywriting.
You have Clear Traction / Experience in Moving the Needle : We’re looking for someone who can come in and say I moved X needle from X% to Y% by executing on You’re a Killer Executor : You love running the trains on time and you’re a 12 out of 10 at getting things done.
You’re Incredibly Data-Driven : Success here at Stan looks like I implemented X ideas by running Y experiment; and based off the data, as a next step, I am going to double down on we’re looking for someone who shares a similar data-driven mindset!
