The Role

Neo is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial and solutions oriented Director, Strategy & Operations to join our team. With a focus on Life Cycle Marketing, this individual will help build, manage, and execute business critical projects and strategic initiatives to drive customer growth, retention and profitability.

Who we're Looking for

  • 3+ years experience in Strategic Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related fields. An MBA is considered an asset.
  • Previous involvement working with Retention, Loyalty and Customer Growth channels
  • A strong strategic and analytical thinker with a proven track record for identifying areas of improvement and developing actionable solutions.
  • Technical expertise with relevant platforms such as Python, SQL, R is considered an asset.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in rapidly changing landscapes with high levels of autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in referral marketing and growth
  • Previous experience working at a startup is considered an asset.

What you'll be Doing

  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to provide actionable solutions and recommendations to optimize continued growth
  • Manage end to end execution of key project initiatives ensuring on-time delivery and quality results.
  • Lead through influence, effectively guiding small teams through trust, collaboration and inspiring action.
  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders and other key teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product, Data & Engineering
