Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor to service Gibsons, BC - Sunnycrest Mall and Sechelt, BC - Trail Bay Mall locations .

E xpected Compensation : The hourly rate for this role is $22.06 on a 25 hour (approx.) work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position.

Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will :

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you're fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond

You'll also practice anticipating and interpreting client needs, as well as completing various insurance transactions.
