We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Field Sales Associate with a focus on Business Development.
This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. As a Field Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our customers, while also spearheading business development initiatives to expand our market presence in the grocery and restaurant industry primarily within the Fraser Valley Region and parts of Metro Vancouver (Surrey).
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth in the CPG food sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales and business development, preferably in the CPG food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of food products and market trends is a plus.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for visiting accounts.
