IT Trainer- Workday

We are seeking a skilled IT Trainer with expertise in Workday to join our client for fully remote role based out of Ontario.

In this role, you will develop and coordinate a comprehensive software application training curriculum, contributing to the overall training strategy and ensuring effective course delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and manage a training curriculum for software applications, specifically for Workday.
  • Determine the scope of training services and support strategic planning efforts.
  • Evaluate existing courseware and recommend suitable tools and resources.
  • Create, develop, and present new training courses for various software applications.
  • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate training schedules and ensure alignment.

Qualifications :

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct IT training experience with Workday.
  • Experience in creating content for Learning Management Systems.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, methodologies, and course design techniques.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Nice to have Certification in Adult Learning Theory and Practices.
