PERSONAL LINES INSIDE SALES AND SERVICE BROKER COMMISSION STRUCTURE My clients are a reputable and classy brokerage, with a family feel, looking to expand their Personal Lines Sales team.
I am on the HUNT for you! HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Proactively engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including phone calls, emails, and online chat, to understand their insurance requirements.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage options, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other specialty insurance products.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and carriers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate coverage terms that meet clients' expectations.
- Educate clients on policy features, coverage limits, and exclusions to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance, to foster long-term relationships and promote client retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to effectively advise clients and enhance sales strategies.
HERE ARE THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE :
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- SigXP, Applied Rating services, company portals would be an asset.
- 2 Years MIN ideally of PL, Service and Sales experience.
