Health & Safety Trainer

OSG is a leading provider of training, consulting, and online services dedicated to enhancing workplace safety and wellbeing across Canada. We partner with businesses of all sizes to ensure compliance with safety regulations, reduce workplace incidents, and cultivate a culture of safety excellence.

This role is based in Cambridge, Toronto, Mississauga or surrounding areas. The schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional evening and Saturday work. Please apply to only one opening; we will consider you for all locations during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and online training courses to audiences across different industries, applying adult learning principles and best practices.
• Use industry knowledge and practical experience to answer participant questions with sensitivity, professionalism, and inclusivity.
• Ensure administrative requirements (timesheets, expenses, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve content delivery.
