Role Description
We are seeking an Affiliate Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the affiliate marketing landscape, particularly within the DTC e-commerce sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set that encompasses strategic planning, data analysis, and a deep understanding of digital marketing.
This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and grow our affiliate programs, ensuring they contribute substantially to our clients' success.
This is a full-time remote role.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy : Collaborate with affiliate coordinators to prioritize leads, manage onboarding processes, and present opportunities to clients.
- Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients and strategic affiliates, leading calls with both.
- Problem-Solving : Address major roadblocks or difficulties in the program, both with the brand and affiliates, finding middle-ground solutions.
- Macro Prospecting : Stay updated on industry trends, exploring what works well for other brands and within affiliate platforms.
- Payments & Legal : Handle all invoice approvals and commission-related matters.
- Final Approval : Oversee the final approval of client creatives, landing pages, etc., before sending them out.
Qualifications
- Experience : Min 2-3 years of proven success in affiliate marketing, ideally within the DTC e-commerce industry (in-house, agency, network)
- Network : A strong existing network in the affiliate marketing space, with a track record of building productive partnerships.
- Technology Savvy : Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
- Has incredible attention to detail and is capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service.

- Has confidence, poise, and eloquence in client meetings and difficult situations
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Has strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
- Only provides superior results for clients and unsurpassed customer service

- Practices effective questioning and exhibits a level of executive presence with team and clients
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
