About the Role

As our new Technology Developeryoulljoin our small but growing team of technology developers who play a critical role in our continued success in the marketplace. As a 3PL company we manage the transportation and warehousing for our customersinour Salesforce platform. Your role will entail developing technology and data solutions in various environments includingSalesforcePower BIHeroku Boomiand Tableau;all with the aimto (i) improve the day-to-day customer experience (ii) improve data visibility and user experience for our team and (iii) develop novel tools and processes that will continue to differentiate us as a leading 3PL company .

What you will do day to day :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understanddata software requirements specifications and user stories
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications including unit testing integration testing and performance testing to ensure quality and reliability
• Assistin evaluating third-party technologies tools and services for potential integration; ensuring we are always innovating
• Leverage data to analyze sales and operational metrics to build useful dashboards for the respective departments
• Develop processautomationtools and revise existing automations to continuously improve
• Learn and stay up to date on developments within the Salesforce ecosystem become a SME on this tool
