What are your contributions to the team?
- Facilitate the development of Bombardier engineering through innovative knowledge management strategies, working closely with engineering and human resources leaders
- Act as a project manager and lead the deployment of these strategies across engineering, track and report to leadership
- Work closely with engineering knowledge domains to :
- Manage critical competencies : skill models definition, assessment and gap analysis, competencies development planning
- Align domains processes with knowledge management strategies and engineering objectives.
- Develop and deploy collaboration and governance tools
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a university degree in Engineering, Information Management or Knowledge Management
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Bombardier engineering communities is an asset.
- You interact easily with professionals of various backgrounds and levels of expertise.
- You have project management background, and you are able to coordinate various activities simultaneously
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are data-oriented.
- You master SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office tools, mostly Excel
- You appreciate the value of efficient knowledge management and possess an understanding of knowledge management strategies, practices, manuals (BMs), tools and technologies.
- You present concisely and clearly and adapt your communication to your audience, including higher management.
- You are fluent in both English and French
