Production Manager

Breakaway Executive Search is currently hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for a landscaping / construction / lawn maintenance company.

Salary : $85,000-110,000 / year based on experience

Location : Milton, ON

Responsibilities :

• Plan and schedule crews, equipment, and materials
• Oversee project execution and ensure timelines, quality, and budget targets are met
• Conduct site visits and resolve on-site issues
• Lead, coach, and support crew leaders and field staff
• Enforce safety standards and maintain WSIB compliance
• Communicate with clients and internal teams on project status
• Track labour, materials, and job costs
• Other duties as required

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in a Production Manager or similar role
• Strong experience within the landscaping / construction / maintenance industry
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Safety training / certifications preferred
