As the Medical Office Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Mapping & Implementation : Design and implement job task processes to streamline operations. Serve as the go-to expert on administrative processes and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis : Track patient access and flow metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Training : Oversee the daily operations of the administration team, providing training and mentorship to maximize potential.
Recognize and reward high performance.
- Business Process Improvements : Lead initiatives to enhance business processes based on current requirements. Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps).
- Issue Resolution : Take ownership of issues reported by the admin team and ensure successful resolution.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Education : Post-secondary education, preferably within the medical field.
- Experience : Minimum one year of experience in process mapping and two years in a leadership role. Previous medical experience is a plus.
- Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in performance metric analysis, and excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
Clear communication skills and a knack for training and mentoring team members
