ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a BDC Appointment Coordinator (Temporary with the opportunity for a permanent position) to join our team with Dilawri Group of Companies . The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships, ensuring timely customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers.
• Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.
• This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.
• 75+ Service calls minimum is required per day.
