Job descriptionTechnical training in accounting or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; Knowledge of the software Avantage (or similar software); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; French, spoken and written; Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing, in order to be able to communicate with clients; Versatile, methodical and attention to detail; Honesty, discretion and respect of confidentiality rules. Nolinor is looking for an Accounts payable clerk to join our Accounting department.
Responsibilities :
- Verification, coding, entry and payment of invoices;
- Reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices;
- Verification of suppliers account statements;
- Production of administrative documents;
- Maintain filing systems and archive documents;
- Accounting for credit cards and expense accounts;
- Perform any other related duties.
